What a fantastic month December has turned out to be! A great way to draw 2013 to a close.

The Canberra Fisherman’s Club had another successful December cod-opening outing to Burrinjuck..the Murray Cod were on the chew! This year the Canberra Fisherman’s Club out-fished the folks from the Morven Club and came home with the trophy. A big congratulations to John Bosch, Mick Jewry, Greg Davis and the rest of the CFC team.

The CFC Christmas Party was held the following weekend. Unfortunately I had a last minute emergency at home and missed it, but the photos on the Canberra Fisherman’s Club Facebook page showed a good time was had by all … Santa even made an appearance, despite a few challenges with his sleigh (See Facebook)
