Narooma put on the wild weather
March outing was at Narooma and members stayed in a local fancy B+B which was pretty cool, but parking with cars and boat trailers proved to be a bit tricky.
Weatherwise over the weekend mother nature put on a bit of wild and windy weather with an unfavorable high tide at midnight!
Some of the club members fished north at Lake Mummaga and Glen and Bruno decided to hit the beaches to the south. 1080 Beach proved to be no good since lake Tilba Tilba had nearly dried up.
Cemetery Beach a few km’s south proved to be more successful in particular a pod of Dolphins tried to help by keeping the Salmon closer to the beach.
The weather gods were not on our side and forced us to leave the beach earlier than we wanted. Such is life.
